The triple room was newly renovated on the upper floors at the rear, so that guests had essentials. The hotel was placed in the central location close to the shopping street.

Its location was central, a couple of blocks away from Rue d'antibes Street. The hotel was in a peaceful area, not far from the main shopping street, the beach and the nearby restaurants, and Croisette, seaside.
